Lisa is a conductor of change. With her diverse work history spanning community development, arts and culture, education, and workforce development, Lisa pulls from a well of experience in what it takes to drive sustainable solutions with limited resources.

Lisa is unafraid to ask tough questions, challenge thinking and utilize her network to bring the best minds together to solve issues faced in communities she serves.

She is the founder and managing partner of Community Impact Investments, a body of work that reflects all her varied professional experiences and understandings of how sustainable change takes place. This focus on transformational change extends beyond her business endeavors into her personal life.

Casual Cyclist Turned Medal Winner

In 2015, Lisa began competing as a track cyclist on the national level. By 2017, she was on the podium representing the United States in the UCI Masters Track Cycling World Championships in Los Angeles.

Now a multi-time USA Cycling Masters Track National Champion and Masters Track Cycling World Champion medal winner, Lisa blends leadership lessons from her life as an athlete with those she gains from her work with communities.

In a short of amount of time with a tremendous amount of effort, Lisa transformed herself from a hobby cyclist to world class athlete utilizing the same drive, passion and focus she’s used over the years in her work life. This display of self-discipline and leadership can be counted on both on and off the velodrome.

All or Nothing at All at Work and Play

When not working or cycling, Lisa can be found binge watching her favorite TV series and movies with her family, masterfully concocting tequila cocktails while entertaining folks in her home which she regularly transforms into a “dance club” for friends over 50, or traveling to pristine beach locations for total and complete relaxation.
